ICTC research found that only 23% of Canadian manufacturers fully succeeded in implementing digital technologies over the past five years. 

 

A national study conducted by ICTC, with support from NGen, examines the challenges and opportunities associated with digital technology adoption in Canadian manufacturing. Drawing on industry surveys, expert interviews, and roundtables, the research explores digital transformation across five sectors: automotive, aerospace, biomanufacturing, fabricated metal products, and food and beverage.

ICTC’s Work Ready also connects Canadian employers with internationally educated and trained Information & Communications Technology (ICT) professionals who are newcomers to Canada and have been living here for 5 years or less.

Please note there will be no live recruiters in their booths until GO LIVE!, September 24, 2025 from 9-12:00 pm ET but you can always reach out to staff if you have any questions.
Your login details will be emailed to you after you complete the registration. You can use these details to access the online career community at any time starting on June 2, 2025 onwards.
A webcam is not required but it is highly encouraged for attendees to be prepared to video chat with employers if they request one.
